This place was so much fun. The kids had a blast with so many attractions to choose from. The young man running many of the rides (Kaleb) was so kind and friendly. His kindness, mannerism and knowledge made out day. All the staff went out of their way. The pizza was delicious!! We will come back next time we visit Arizona. Thank you for making our day AMAZING!!
Over summer break, this was the hangout that all of my friends went to 7 days a week and never boring. The workers are fabulous and are always up for a little chat! I still go with all my friends even during the week. This place is great for all ages. My mom and me always had a chit chat with one of the managers named Logan and we had a blast and the rest of the staff is too. All staff is patient and is totally up for anything you need! Over the months, I’ve made so many new friends and I have to owe it to Urban Air! Thank you to all the wonderful staff! Alexia, Danica, and Brianna are beautiful workers who help us out and provide amazing costumer service! And you will NEVER catch Mila doing anything wrong and she will always be a perfect amazing worker! Thank you again! Came for eid with family and friends. loved the games and activities available like basketball, foam pits, and go karts. All the staff were very nice and friendly 10/10 would recommend and I plan on returning for sure!
We first visited Urban Air for a friend’s birthday party and were so impressed that we purchased a 6-month membership. Since then, my kids have absolutely loved coming here, and we fully intend to renew our pass. There’s a wide variety of attractions to keep children of different ages engaged and active. What really sets this location apart is the consistent presence of staff members throughout the park—there’s always someone available to assist, and the attractions are well-managed so kids don’t spend their time waiting. During our most recent visit, my six-year-old son was excited to try the ropes course but became frightened once he got up there. A kind teenage staff member (I wish I had gotten her name!) supported and encouraged him, helping him safely and calmly down. Her patience and attentiveness meant a great deal to both of us. Overall, Urban Air has become a favorite spot for our family. It’s clean, well-staffed, and thoughtfully run—a great place for kids to play, explore, and build confidence. Highly recommend!
The kids always have a blast here! A few rides have been down this summer, which is disappointing. We did the summer pass and made it in about 6 times. Got our money's worth. It's a great option in the Arizona heat to play and stay cool. Staff is always very polite.
