Good price for what you get! I was not a fan of how heavily seasoned their sushi rice is, or that it's hot and warms up my fish. The fish was nice quality and large pieces. Much better than "sushi" you can get at a buffet! Me and my toddler ate today but he was free. We will come back even though we are only here visiting!
Don’t be fooled by the picture. It was way smaller than it looks like. Was very disappointed with the size of it. Paid $37 for a roll that looked like it was made by and for a child. Then a half of a normal sized roll. Not worth the price. I knew something was up when I picked up my order and was very light. That’s when I knew then and there that something was wrong. They screwed me over. Just not for me and going some where else for sushi.
Five stars for the the service which was good and my waitress was nice but definitely 1 star for the food. the sushi rolls were very underwhelming for the prices they charged. $18 for a rainbow roll, the fish didn't taste fresh and the roll itself was tiny. It's the quality I expect from a grocery store but priced much higher!
The place is okay, not great, not bad either. They do have a happy hour menu and "I hate sushi" menu for those who don't care for fish. Wasabi is spicy (which is good), quail eggs are good, and rolls are decent. The rolls are definitely on the small side. Place could use some deep cleaning and make over as the booths you can feel the springs, which is not very comfortable.
We have lived here awhile and finally tried this place that we've heard so much about, and it was delicious! The rolls were fresh and full of flavor. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. We loved that there were options for non-sushi eaters, too. We will be back soon!
