Later, I was transferred to Logan, who has been great to work with. His communication is excellent, and he responds quickly whenever I need assistance. The rental process was remarkably smooth. I appreciated the ability to view the home and conduct a walkthrough on my own, rather than needing to coordinate a specific meeting time. Once I found the right place, submitting my documents was fast and easy. I also appreciate that they proactively reach out to see if I need anything. Overall, my experience with Stratton, Heather, and especially from Logan has been exceptional. Thank you for providing such a high level of service.

Our property manager is Terri and we have been renting from stratton vantage for almost 2 years now and it's been such a great experience. My husband and I have worked with a lot of property management groups and stratton vantage is by far the best! My overall experience with Stratton as a property management company has been good.. Over the last few years I've had a couple different property managers assigned to my rental but Terri is the best! She has been very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. I am new to being an owner of a rental property and Teri took the time to share her experience and provided guidance where needed! Couldn't thank her enough!
