Valerie was amazing to work with. My cousin is considering buying in AZ moving from CA. The first day Valerie took us around and got a feel for what she wanted and her price range. Valerie is an awesome real estate agent. We started looking for a home January 2022. We couldn't find the home suitable for our wants and needs, but Valerie continued to help us. So, with Valerie's continued support, we finally found our dream home which we started building October 2022. Valerie basically held our hand and helped throughout the entire building stages. Every phone call we received from the building manager or finance company Valerie was always available to advise us which made our home building process a breeze. Valerie clearly explained the steps we needed to take and when those steps needed to be completed. When you are having a home built it is important to have a real estate agent who is very knowledgeable about the home building process. Throughout the process, Valerie, reassured us that everything was going smoothly. We could not have asked for a more patient and knowledgeable real estate agent. We finally moved into our home May 2023. Our relationship with Valerie didn't end there, she called us a couple months later and reminded us about sending in our A/C warranty paperwork, which I am very grateful because we were very close to the deadline. If you need a real estate agent, do yourself a favor and choose Valerie.
