Our experience was awful with Robert, from before we signed the lease until after we left, he was a nightmare. I’m quite confused by all these 5-star reviews because we saw none of that kind of service the duration of our 16 month lease. Robert is rude. Some of our maintenance requests never got dealt with. Even getting them to fix our heater when it wouldn’t work during the winter took months, even when the temp in our home was in the 50’s. Robert made us pay $150 upon move out for a towel rack that was damaged when we arrived at the home (and advised him about that but never got fixed like he promised), then didn’t fix the rack, pocketed the money and left the homeowner with a broken rack. We have since worked with the homeowner to talk through some issues that Robert was unwilling to handle during our lease. The landlord has been extremely unhappy with how Robert handled him home as a rental, as well. I work in this business and this is by far the worst experience we’ve had. Grateful to be out of that lease and into a new one with a much better property manager.

Robert at Showtime Realty has been a great help managing our property over the last year. We moved out of state and I needed a property management company to handle all situations with our tenant and I have heard some horror stories so I knew I couldn't just pick anyone. Luckily, my brother was a seasoned landlord and he highly recommended Robert and Showtime Realty. Monthly statements and yearly tax docs are spot on and very helpful and Robert seems to have a great "rolodex" of professionals to assist when repairs and maintenance is needed and I don't feel I have been overcharged on anything or any of the requests were unreasonable . As Robert was recommended to me by my brother, I recommend him to anyone needing full service property management at a very competitive rate.
