Wife and I stopped for dinner around 5 pm after hiking. We were seated immediately and greeted by our waiter. He said we could get in on the Happy our specials. Wife ordered a Peach Palmer and loved it. I wanted to try a Lager from the many they had available, but didn’t know which one. He brought me 3 samples of my choosing, all were good but settled on sunspot gold. For dinner she chose the San Antonio Mac with brisket, mine the Bourbon Brisket Pot Pie. Both were outstanding. We would highly recommend this place
Really loved our waitress! We had amazing drinks and apps. I only marked down the entree because the wrap was very dry. The soup was bomb!
We go to San Tan Brewing every winter and are never disappointed. We love the hummus platter, and the delicious cilantro lime hummus is always the star. The whiskey chicken salad is one of our favorites. But really, you can't go wrong with any of it! Great beers, great variety of foods, and a generous happy hour menu! The staff is always so lovely - see you next time!
I went here for a friend's birthday and I really think that it was a perfect venue for that! The whole atmosphere had a really fun vibe to it! We all loved the really cool Lego Star Wars that they had. That and the other decor gave the place a lot of life. The food was pretty good. I had a pesto sandwich and a pineapple drink which were both delicious! I also had a taco that I was not a fan of, however other people in my party liked it, so maybe it was just not for me. I will say that the price is kind of steep, nothing too outrageous but I just think it could've been a bit more reasonable. Also the place can get pretty loud. Overall, it is a very fun place that I enjoyed my time at, but I might not be a regular at. 8.5/10
Disappointed, but hopeful for a better next time After much anticipation, we finally made it to SunTan Brewery in Chandler. We had high hopes, especially hearing others speak so positively about their experience. Unfortunately, ours didn’t live up to the hype. It all started with the service — our server really set the tone, and not in a good way. The food followed suit: a burnt, flavorless cheesesteak sandwich and an undercooked pizza. Definitely not what we expected. On the bright side, the beer and fries were solid and honestly saved the night. I do want to acknowledge the manager, who was kind enough to apologize and remove the two disappointing dishes from our bill. She also suggested we send food back next time, but in our view, food should never leave the kitchen if it’s not prepared correctly — that’s why we didn’t bother. We’ll give it another shot sometime. Hopefully next time will be the experience we were looking forward to.
