I’ve had quesa birria, a few times and the few times I’ve had it I wondered if there was better. I came here to Rili-b’s for the first time a few weeks ago and had their quesa birria lunch special. It was delicious, a special because it was made with authenticity. The consome was always very different than the consome I’ve tried before, with flavor and a whole different taste itself. The atmosphere here is clean, the cashier, was very attentive and happy to serve my girlfriend and I. She even peeked with a smile to see our reaction to the birria and consome. I don’t live very close to this place and today is my second visit. I forget to post this before, but today I did not. If you are looking for great quesa birria, and very good consume the kind you see on the internet and savor with a drool, then come here and give them your money.
The food is not spectacular by any means, but at 3am when nothing else is open and I don’t want to cook it is a decent option I lean into. The al pastor is tasty and the sausage breakfast burrito is ok. I order my food without tortillas, as a bowl, so I see exactly what’s served and my biggest critique is that eggs should never be brown…I don’t understand why EVERY time the eggs are so crumbly in little pieces and overcooked.
I had the Birria Ramen and it was BOMB! The flavor is so good, just salty and spicy enough. My only complaint is that I was hoping for it to look a little more like the photo provided on the menu. The noodles were small little pieces like maybe they crushed up the ramen before cooking it. I would have preferred longer noodles that are a little easier to get ahold of. Overall, it was great and I would order it again!
Found on google maps decided to try it out, pleasantly surprised foos was all around pretty good tried out their Machaca Burrito which i would rate a 7/10 my gf had the asada fries and she was very happy woth those 8/10 i alsoctried a Quesabirria taco and can say its the best ive had... in AZ. 7.5/10 on that one and the fries where at hit with my daughter and gf they were very good. The Horchata was also good doesnt seem to be the powdered horchata id say its also an 8/10 all around good experience with friendly staff! Would recommend!
Food is sub par. I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito and 3 rolled tacos. The rolled tacos were extremely hard with very little meat and the sausage burrito was horrible. The meat used for the sausage burrito was weird tasting which didn’t make for a pleasant meal. Never again would I go there or recommend the food!A whole meal gone to the trash.
