This company is so great! I communicated primarily with Travis, and he made renting our last home the best experience ever. He is super warm and friendly, very responsive with his communication, and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we as tenants are well taken care of. When we had our last home rented, the moment we met Travis, we instantly knew that he was passionate about his job and that he really was looking out for our best interest. Also, his dogs are so adorable! Travis, we will defiintely miss having you as our realtor! :)
Excellent company to work with. I've rented from them and hired as a managing company and they are amazing on both sides. Always out for your best interest and really seem to love what they do. They treat their tenants like family and they're partners with value.
So I've been using Travis & Rosey Reich for my rental house for about 5 years now. Before them I had another property manager for a year who was really terrible. I called up Travis & Rosey and asked to meet to see their services. From the moment we sat down with this couple, we need we found our property managers. We clicked right away. Travis & Rosey are great people and really care about their tenants and homeowners. We transferred services for our Gilbert rental to them immediately. Over the years, we have found Travis to be a wonderful communicator. Anything we needed, he took care of right away. If we got a letter from HOA about yard clean up or weeds, we worked with our tenants to rectify the issue ASAP. We have had three tenants go through our home in the years we've worked with Reich Realty. I know tenants do not always agree with the work that needs to be done on a move out & I bet some of these negative reviews here are tenants who are complaining because they broke stuff or didn't clean, and then they wanted to air dirty laundry on social media, but that happens. When people rent, frequently their standard or clean out doesn't match the owners. Travis & Rosey are here to help you as an owner to get your house back in tip top shape. They communicate well with renters to make sure we owners and them the managers know exactly what needs to be done during move outs. The tenant I have in my home right now has worked with Reich Realty for years. We all have a great relationship. I plan to continue to work with Travis & Rosey as my property managers for years to come.
We rented with Reich realty for 2 years with Travis and had a great experience. He was responsive to work order requests and was a down to earth guy. Friendly company and I would definitely rent from them again. When Travis told me he wanted to make sure we got our full deposit back he meant it and laid everything out to make sure we got it back.
Travis and Rosey have been managing my property since early 2021 and have been fantastic. They handled nearly every aspect of getting my property ready to rent on two separate occasions and went above and beyond when there was a serious leak detected where insurance had to get involved. Travis handled it all like a champ and made sure everything was taken care with the insurance and contractors while I lived out of state. Very down to earth people who will get the job done. Highly recommend!
