Beware of Queen Creek Smiles – They Don’t Stand Behind Their Work I had a crown done at Queen Creek Smiles just over three years ago and was assured it came with a five-year warranty. Unfortunately, the crown broke today, and when I contacted the office, I was told they would not honor the warranty. Their reasoning? I hadn’t been in for recent visits. However, the only reason I hadn’t returned was that they stopped accepting my insurance—something completely out of my control. Despite this, they refused to stand by their original commitment. This experience raises serious concerns about their customer service, integrity, and willingness to honor their own guarantees. If you’re considering dental work here, be aware that their promises may not hold up when you need them most.
