We had Premier Kitchen and Bath do a full kitchen and great room renovation. It was quite extensive as structural walls were replaced with a 50ft beam. We put full trust into the Premier team to do this properly and they did not disappoint. Although the county permits delayed things (not Premier's fault), they got the schedule back on track and finished the project in a timely manner. What really impressed me was the fantastic suggestions by Project Manager Kent to modify a few things as we moved forward. He really did treat the project as if it were his own house. All the trades were fantastic to work with and take pride in their craft...Perfectionists...Clean up after each day was impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend Premier for any remodel you wish to have done.
We are Seniors and recently decided to try to age in place and avoid nursing home placement for as long as possible. Looking at our master bath we realized that would take a lot of changes. We chose Premier Kitchen and Bath on the recommendation of our daughter. Our designer was Stephanie who spent multiple meetings helping us to choose tile, cabinets and fixtures that would tastefully improve the functionality and ambiance of the room. Everything was put in writing and spelled out in detail. All questions were answered thoroughly. The crew always arrived on time, were friendly, polite and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. Their skill level was above and beyond any construction we had ever had in previous home renovations. Change orders were always handled promptly and without difficulty. The project manager Kent was always available or we always knew who was covering him if he was away. Both Kent and Stephanie came to our home on multiple occasions to observe the project progress. Premier Kitchen and Bath is an A+ Remodeling Team, I could not have asked for a better group of professionals in every aspect from demo to completion of our remodel expanded sized Shower and master bedroom tile to the closet. The team executed the remodeling with very much detail in prepping the work throughout, Including ensuring that the everything was squared and level, especially the concrete floors. We are extremely satisfied with our remodel in our 1970's home. The quotation, contract, and drawings, were very thorough and complete. No hidden "what ifs" or implied items left for interpretation later. The highly skilled construction crews were like family to us. Always on time, very personable and always left each day leaving the work area clean and organized for the next day. The workmanship was superb. And of course the project management kept the project on pace seamlessly. If any issue or complication did arise on the remodel it was dealt with immediately and did not effect the timeline. We like the concept of theirs to purchase all the materials prior to starting so no "delayed shipment" or "out of stock" issues arise delaying or making timeline gaps in the remodel. Would we use Premier Kitchen and Bath on any future remodel? Definitely yes without reservation.
