We are furious with Parker & Sons after being completely taken advantage of and lied to regarding our water heater warranties. After only 6 short years our water heater which was purchased through Parker & Sons was leaking and needed replacement. We were ecstatic to hear from the company that we had a 9 year replacement and a 7 year LABOR warranty on our unit. We were relieved to have the water heater meet both warranties potentially saving us money, but NOPE!!?? Parker & Sons was only going to prorate the warranty on the unit and NOT allow for ANY labor charges to be covered!! They wanted $1100 for labor and for us to pay the remaining difference on the unit itself. What a complete SCAM??? How does a water heater fail prior to BOTH warranties and the customer not be granted coverage??? That is the entire point of a warranty??? We will NEVER do business with Parker & Sons again! They are liars and scammers and thieves and their prices are exorbitant! We would rather pay full price elsewhere than deal with Parker & Sons ever again!
I’ve had a good overall experience with Parker & Sons over the past year. Their team is professional, responsive, and they’ve handled my service calls efficiently. I do wish there had been follow-through on replacing the molded insulation we discussed about a year ago, but I’m hopeful that will be addressed soon. I’ll see how things go this summer and update my review if needed.
Super happy with the service we got! We had an issue with our A/C grounding cable and needed some old aluminum wiring updated to copper. They showed up on time, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and got it all fixed up quickly. You can tell they really care about doing the job right. Everything works great now and we feel way better knowing it’s all safe. Definitely recommend if you need a good, honest electrician!
Call Parker & Sons now!!! I can't say enough about Parker & Sons. I have had some pretty crud experiences in the past with this type of service, but not only did they come out so quick to diagnose why my AC was not blowing cold, they were to reschedule for the repair needed the same day. Matthew was my technician, incredible notice before showing up, and even went over some of the issues over the phone. He was clean, quick and efficient getting to the bottom of the issue. Extremely professional, and at the same time friendly. I am beyond happy with the service provided. They send text and email confirmation for your appointment and I was able to schedule everything online in the middle of the night while my son was sleeping next to me in my bed because it was too hot to sleep upstairs. This is not the kind of company that will drag their dirty boots through you home, call Parker & Sons today, you will not regret it. All those radio commercials you hear are not bluffing.
I wanted a professional repair to address 2 issues with my bathtub handle and spout. Unfortunately the technician attempted to loosen set screws and he stripped both of them and continued to tell me they would have to go in thru the wall in the bed room to make the repair. I wanted this gentleman out of my house as quickly as possible. I decided to do the repair myself. I had to repair what the technician broke and the original problem. I will never reach out to Parker and Sons ever again nor would I recommend them. I took photos of the work I did. I had to drill out the set screw which was very difficult and install the new hardware. Total time to repair was 4 hrs.
