I’ve had the best rental experience of my life with Mark Brower Properties!!! The company as a whole is good, but there’s one girl, Erika Oliver, who is really 100% of the reason for my awesome experience. Their renting basics (tenant portal, lease terms, general communication modes) are all convenient and easy to use. They’re super prompt with maintenance requests and actually fix things when they come. I’ve had some pretty weird, out there heeds and requests and Erika has always been the person to handle them and she’s simply amazing. Incredibly easy to communicate with and just gets IT done! Usually by 6 months into a lease I’ve had at least a few annoying experiences with the property management…not this time. Absolutely zero bad to say, excited to sign another, longer lease here.
While we experienced a few frustrating bumps during the setup process, our overall experience with Mark Brower has been great! They said their goal was for us to only remember we have a rental property when we see the email about our monthly statement. And that has certainly been the case! It's been almost completely hands for us, which is exactly what we were looking for! They found us a great renter who has now been in the property for over a year. We are very happy!!
