A friend recommended I try Green Mango. I have been a customer for 2 years now. I was very happy with the rep they sent over when I had termites but outside of that it’s been nothing but issues. I can never seem to get through to anyone & it takes days for them to return calls. They will schedule services without checking in with customers as to whether or not they will be home. When I’ve had to cancel because it’s impossible for me to be available on someone else’s schedule they haven’t followed up to reschedule. Most recently, I called last week to ask them to send someone out for a major any problem. It took them 3 days to return my call at which point they stated someone was already scheduled to come out that weekend. I wasn’t aware of this but it worked so I said it could wait. The day of the appointment came & I receive a text (not a call) stating the person who was supposed to come out had an emergency. So no one came. They then rescheduled for a random day & time without checking in with me. I’ve tried calling & left a message this morning & also called again to just do a request for a call back but they close at 4pm so I won’t be hearing back today. The ants are still an issue & if I hadn’t already signed for the year of termite care with them I probably would be switching to another company. A smaller company might be easier to get in contact with & schedule with. I gave them 3 starts because the termite guy who came out was very helpful. Otherwise I would probably have rated lower.
I love this company and their dedication to customer care, thoughtfulness, and quality products. Vince was outstanding!!!! He listened to my concerns and areas that needed particular care and educated me on the products he’d use to keep our animals safe. We have cats, chicken, and tortoises, so attention to the details is very important. I’m grateful for Vince and all the other Green Mango techs.
Reviewed property following service. Appears only front of property was serviced. Pulled ring cameras for the day on 6/10 - no evidence backyard was serviced. I show front yard servicing only. I looked at doors and doggie entry locations, no white powder or spray residue. I questioned the servicing as I found 15-20 crickets the following day and a few cockroaches - I requested re-servicing. An appointment was scheduled, tech rang doorbell and left, never serviced property. We were out of town, dogs were boarded and we monitored Ring again. No servicing, tech left and no follow up from front office as email notification advised. After multiple attempts to escalate via email and phone, cancelled service with green mango. Property is not swept for cobwebs, backyard not serviced - social media generated servicing does not align with what we are receiving. Highly disappointed and competitors are stepping up where GM is lacking - first and foremost, with communication.
I have been a customer for about three years and am currently trying to cancel service. I say trying because I cannot get ahold of anyone. I have tried leaving a number to be called back (an AI called me back and said someone would call me- 48 hours later, no call), I have left a message (no callback), and have now set aside time to sit on hold until I can talk to someone and have been on hold for an hour. They have no public email address and their contact form is only for people signing up for service. Why am I canceling? Customer service. They have repeatedly sent me day-of schedule changes that don't work and then come anyway - when everything is locked up and they can't perform service. I have tried to respond to these schedule changes but again - can't get ahold of anyone. Last fall we actually had termite issues. They had constantly been contacting us for "free termite inspections" but when I left a message that we needed treatment, I never got a call back. It seems they have expanded past their ability to provide good service. I'll be going with a smaller company (if I can ever cancel this service!) Update: after an hour and two minutes on hold, someone finally picked up and I am "pending cancelled" but now someone needs to call me back to confirm it.
Green Mango Pest Control has been servicing my home for the past 3 years, and I’ve always had a great experience with their team. I’ve had a few different techs over the years, and they’ve all been professional and reliable. Today, Constantine came out and did a great job. He texted me to let me know what he was seeing and made sure I knew he flushed out a lot of boxelder beetles. I really appreciate the clear communication and the peace of mind knowing my home is being well taken care of. Highly recommend!
