This was my second treatment and the Tech today was Alex. He was very Friendly and Knowledgeable about his services. I asked questions and he was able to answer them right away. He shared exactly what he was going to do and when he was going to do it. He’s going to be my regular tech and I’m very Happy about that. I’m very Happy I signed on to do Business with Green Mango. They are THE BEST at what they do THANKS ALEX and Green Mango.
Not impressed. They make you sign a 1 year contract before you even try their services, seems like because they know you won't be calling them back. They come and hook up to your water spigot. They do not use the dye like other companies, so you can't tell if they have really sprayed or not. The guy who just left our house spilt a 5 gallon bucket of oil that we had sitting next to our garbage can with a lid on it. There is a giant puddle of oil in our driveway and he drug it all the way through out back yard. He didn't offer any help to clean it up or anything. He just said sorry and left.
We have been using green mango for the last 7 years. We have always had great experiences. We recently moved and had a lot of scorpion activity and within 2 months we had everything under control. Having a 3 year old this was very important to us, thanks to Jordan for always listening to what services we need and give us a solution!!
We have used Green Mango, for our past two homes. And the service has always been top notch! The one time we had ants, they came out the next day to respray. Today though we were simply blown away by Samuel’s kindness with our Littles even stopping to shake our little guys hand after he was very instant on introducing himself. Keep being great, we’ll be along for the long haul.
I appreciate Antonio’s communication and efficiency. He asked if he could come early but didn’t make me feel bad if I couldn’t. I did let him come early and he followed all my instructions it was much appreciated! Green Mango has given us great service for the past year.
