We recently had the pleasure of working with Anthony from Gold Star Plumbing, and he did an outstanding job. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable in his work. "Uhoh! We will take care of you" Says Anthony from Gold Star as I finished explaining my neighbor's 1939 hot rod took off from across the street without him in it in first gear racing across and over my front yard cleanout bellying and crushing my yard line. I'd originally gotten inspections & estimates from Diamondback plumbing and Parker & Son's. I was able to have the trench excavated for 1/10th of what Gold Stars competition on top of this Paul with Gold Star gives me a free camera inspection and has Anthony replace my front line, add an additional clean out, and gets Rey to jet the entire line and then Anthony went thru and walked me thru the camera to each and every fixture's drain pipe to ensure it was clear and ready to use explained clearly what could be an issue in the future. He took time to explain to have the trench filled partially with sand along with Copper Sulfate to combat roots and stabilize the staked down newly installed line. Paul Navarrette and his helper was a great experience meeting these two and the price Paul wrote up and worked out for me included multiple camera inspections, complete hydro jetting, two new riser and clean outs and a yard of pipe with rebar and stakes I'm confident it'll last a lifetime especially since Anthony the sewer guy explained to use Sand when I backfill the trench and pipe. 8" of overfill sand added to the trench before backfilled as advised by Anthony
Paul and the Dream Team were the blessing we needed during our time of crisis on 1/16/25. We needed a hot water heater replacement for my Mom and Paul and his Dream Team took care of us like we were family. Besides being very understanding, professional and extremely caring, they were on the job within 24 hours of our call. They replaced the old water heater within a couple of hours and that's with them leaving to go pick a new one up. They also hauled off the old one. The installation of the new hot water heater is beautiful. I have included a picture of the old hot water heater vs the new one that was installed by Gold Star Plumbing & Drain. Such a beautiful job. I would completely use their services again without hesitation. Thank you for taking such good care of my Mom!
Paul and Nate are a father/son team that installed a new hot water heater for us when the one we had failed under warranty. It was not a Gold Star water heater but one installed by our previous plumber who retired earlier this year. They handled all of the warranty details with our original tank supplier and did a great job installing the replacement water heater. Very professional and neat. Thanks to Cody who came out earlier this week to inspect the old water heater and review our replacement options. We are glad we found Gold Star and look forward to them handling our future plumbing needs!
I was able to schedule a same day appointment. Service and communication are exceptional. Truthfully the best service that i have received in a long time. Clay was friendly and helpful. He walked me through everything and gave a great experience. I would recommend to anyone.
