Our AC went out with impeccable timing as the temps are soaring to 112° today! I called Goettl at 5:30am & they had Parker out to us before 9! He called me about 30 minutes beforehand so I was ready when he arrived! What an amazing tech! He diagnosed our unit & identified some rather unsavory issues in the attic as well! He explained everything to me & had photos as well which helped me make sense of the issues at hand! He wasn't pushy & was very professional as well as proficient! He got us all set up for a new unit to be installed tomorrow morning! I am thoroughly impressed with Goettl so far & I would recommend them any time!
We had the Goettl team complete a “Rejuvenation” on our AC systems and I couldn’t be any happier with the service we received. Our service tech, Christian, was honestly one of the nicest tradesmen I’ve met. He was open, honest, professional and was obviously very knowledgeable in his field. Christian took time to explain what he was doing and why, whilst also explaining any issues we had simply. On top of all of this, he answered my many questions, and did his absolute best to keep quiet whilst our child slept. A first rate service from Goettl, made exceptional due to the fantastic technician Christian. Thank you
William and his companion were awesome. They came out to do my plumbing inspection. Very thorough and explained everything very well. The week before, Ronald came out to do the Rejuvenation service on my a/c. He did a great job and was thorough on his explanation of any issues. Definitely going to continue to use Goettl moving forward. I even signed up for their Membership.
Outstanding Service from Parker M. at Goettl! We had the pleasure of working with Parker M. from Goettl when he came out to our home for a second opinion on an AC repair quote we received from another vendor. From start to finish, Parker was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to walk us through everything, explaining how our system works in a way that was easy to understand — something no other tech had done before. Not only did he help us feel more confident in our understanding of the issue, but his honesty and transparency really stood out. It was clear he wasn’t just trying to sell us something — he genuinely wanted to help us make the best decision for our home and budget. On top of that, his friendly attitude and top-notch customer service made the whole experience feel much less stressful. He also took plenty of opportunities to engage with my younger son who was being very needy during the appointment, gave him a stuffed animal, showed him pictures… great guy! Parker is a great representative of Goettl, and because of his professionalism and integrity, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Goettl to anyone in need of HVAC service. Outstanding service, highly recommend!! Zack was professional, personable, went out his way to explain in a way to be understood. Provided options and was thorough explanation and answered questions. In addition was fantastic when my teenager approached asking questions. This is the 2nd time I've hired Goettl, and highly recommend! Thank you again!
