I’ve enjoyed living at this apartment complex overall, but one major ongoing issue is the parking situation. Parking is already very limited, and it’s frustrating to see employees using the same spots that residents rely on—especially in the most crowded areas. While I understand it’s first come, first serve, residents should be the top priority when it comes to parking access. Employees should be directed to park in less congested areas to ensure that residents have a better chance of finding a spot near their units. It’s about fairness and putting the people who live here first. I hope management reconsiders how parking is handled moving forward.
Anna and the team at EVR Spur Cross have been incredible! From the first tour I received from Anna to the follow up calls to secure a place for me to call home. They are so welcoming to everyone. The community is very peaceful, quiet, and well-maintained. I highly recommend living here. You will not be disappointed. Keep up the great work, Anna and Amanda!
I would never live here EVER. Rent is insane first and foremost. Secondly if you want to have friends or family over, just don’t. Because there won’t be anywhere for them to park anyways, unless you get a garage for an extra X amount every month. Apartment homes are nice I suppose, BUT whoever was in charge of engineering the parking lot needs fired yesterday. I’d rate this place lower if I could just because of the parking.
Absolutely beautiful place. Abigayle & Amanda were very accommodating & very helpful. Every question I had they have answered. You can tell they love what they do. I can definitely recommend this place! Just gorgeous! All Samsung appliances which I love! I checked out some other apartments/rental homes & wasn’t impressed until I looked at this one. I liked how they weren’t pressuring me to decide as the other places I was looking at were.
I love living at EVR Spur Cross! Been here for over a year and renewed my lease. Love how the homes make you feel like you have your own space and are cozy, modern with technology and a great layout! My favorite part is the private backyards that my dogs can play in! The community is great and everyone is friendly with each other. The staff is amazing, and keeps us up to date on things and does an amazing job! Don’t forget about the maintenance crew - they do a wonderful job and if I need to submit a maintenance request, they are prompt and the issue is fixed quickly!! It’s an overall great experience living here. I also like that it’s so close to whatever you need and sometimes 2 of it - you can go into Queen Creek or go the other way into San Tan!! Very convenient.
