My experience with Denali Real Estate has been outstanding, by far the best of any property management company I've worked with. This is my first time renting a townhome, as opposed to an apartment, and I can confidently say I’ll never go back to apartment living. Denali was incredibly professional, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. Christine and Crystal made the application process and lease signing a breeze. Chad, my property manager, went above and beyond by quickly addressing maintenance issues he identified during his own inspection. Although the issues weren't major, it was refreshing to work with a property management team that genuinely cares about its tenants and takes a proactive approach to unit upkeep. My home is beautiful, well-maintained, and was offered at an extremely fair price. Everything has been seamless and straightforward, I have no complaints so far. I highly recommend Denali Real Estate for anyone looking for reliable and caring property management.

Avoid this company at all costs – especially if you're moving from out of state. I had one of the worst rental experiences of my life with this company, and I strongly urge anyone considering renting from them to look elsewhere. The property manager, Simon, was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional throughout the entire ordeal. I was relocating from a different state and relied on the video tour they provided—big mistake. The house looked completely different in person. It was clear that the property had been neglected for a long time. The floors were damaged and uneven, with tiles cracked and peeling. The refrigerator was leaking water all over the kitchen floor, the dishwasher was broken and leaking as well, and the microwave had a huge crack in it and was filthy inside. Multiple electrical outlets didn’t work, and several were damaged and looked unsafe. The entire house was dirty—like genuinely disgusting. There were marker stains on the cabinets, layers of grease and dust covering the kitchen surfaces, and it smelled musty like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. To make matters worse, it was July, and the central air conditioning was completely broken—something you'd think they’d check before someone moved in during the Arizona summer. The backyard was a disaster: all dead plants, dry straw-like grass, dog poop scattered around, and even leftover junk from the previous tenants. And despite it being a mess when I moved in, the lease actually itemized landscaping as my responsibility, which is outrageous given the condition I inherited it in. I documented everything with photos and a detailed written record on day one to protect myself. When I contacted Simon to report the issues and ask him to acknowledge the prior damages, he flat-out refused to initial or sign anything. He clearly didn’t care and just wanted to push all responsibility onto the tenant. Emails went unanswered, concerns were brushed off, and maintenance was either ignored or delayed unnecessarily. I’m a pretty easygoing person and take pride in caring for my home—even my previous landlord complimented me when I moved out. But this place? It was a nightmare from day one. Do yourself a favor—do not rent from this company. They will scam you, ignore your concerns, and leave you stuck in a filthy, poorly maintained home with no support. If I could give negative stars, I would.
My first time going through a property management company and I must say the process was very easy. Throughout the process Christine was very communicative. We kept in contact for a few weeks from initial application, viewing of property, and signing my lease. This is my first time coming out of apartment living and I found a cute townhome in a good community for a decent price.
