I am very happy & satisfied with my experience here… The manager and employees were all very nice to me, as well as other customers that were there…they worked with me on the cost which was SO appreciated since I really wanted them to do the work on my car instead of someone else… Again, thank you so much Crawford’s…I will definitely be back whenever my car needs another repair! 😊❤️🚙
Took my vehicle for A/C repairs, after my extended warranty paid them over $3200 and me paying almost $600 out of my own pocket my A/C is still not fixed and blowing hot air. I am not very happy because I trusted Crawfords to get to the bottom and repair and never could give me a straight answer. They have wasted my time and money when in the first place I could of went somewhere else or even to the dealer. I was never offered any kind of compensation or anything. Now I need to pay a diagnostic fee along with other fees for someone else to check it. Crawfords lies about there saying " Quality you can trust". I will never go back to them for any repairs and definitely do not recommend to family and friends.
After an outrageous estimate from another repair shop, I took my jeep to Crawford’s Auto for a repair estimate. Totally glad I did. Great communication and timely repair. Highly recommend Crawford’s Auto Repair!!
I’m so pleased with the service Crawford’s provides! I’ve been a customer for years (when it was Rich’s Auto). Brad, Ken and the rest of the team are successful in meeting the needs of the customer! Very honest and don’t try to sell you something you don’t need, but do give you a heads up if there is something that is needed!! They are also reasonable with their prices! Keep up the good work!
