Our custom home was built with the Ashtin Group in the Pecans. The experience of building a custom home can be overwhelming, but the Ashtin Group worked hard to accomodate our wants/needs while reducing the stress of building a custom home. We were out of town when we were scheduled to move. The Ashtin Group moved us in while we were gone! Customer service over the last year has been amazing. They are just a call or text away and always respond quickly. Items that required attention were always taken care of rapidly. This is a testament to The Ashtin Group and the quality of the subs. The quality of the build is spectacular.
We used Ashtin Homes for some major renovation to our home in 2023. For alot of areas we had a complete gut. Both Justin and Ashley were great to work with. Everything was streamlined and we had a set schedule and plan for items. The communication was on par, with what was being done at any given time. What I TRULY appreciated was the communication when my husband and I had some adjustments or changes we made midway. Justin was very accommodating and helpful when it came to those items. Ashtin Homes takes pride in the work they do and the quality of materials used, everything is high end and luxurious. Outside of that they are just a very down to earth and nice husband and wife team to work with. We LOVE the end result of our renovation.
After much research, we chose Ashtin Homes to build our custom home in 2017/18. As anyone who has built a custom home can attest, it can be a daunting and stressful process with a lot of moving pieces and decisions to be made. From beginning to end we found Justin to be very helpful and flexible in working with us – he was always open to discussing ideas and modifications throughout the process, while at the same time ensuring we maintained focus on budgetary and construction timing impacts. His extensive experience in construction was evident, and we ended up with a home that has the kind of build-to-last quality that should be expected with a custom home. We have lived in our home for over four years now and have had no major follow-up issues – and Justin quickly responded with help to address those minor issues that have come up. Though it has been a few years since our build, we feel confident that Justin would continue to help provide us guidance and support with anything we need. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely use Ashtin Homes if we build again in the future!
We had our custom home built by Ashtin Homes in 2017 while we were living in Colorado. We really appreciated the communication we had with owner, Justin Kuhni. Each time we came down to observe the progress of the home I would bring my notebook of lists, questions, and next steps. Justin would have vendors set up for us to talk to and products to select. It is difficult to be excited about a new home and not be able to walk through it every week, but Ashtin Homes took many photos, made many video calls and even took drone pictures of them putting up the trusses. What I appreciate the most is that Justin Kuhni was here for us then and still here for us five years later.
We built our home with Ashtin in 2020. As someone who lacks an eye for design, our dreams were made true with Ashley’s designs and finishes throughout the home. Justin worked hard to ensure work was completed on schedule and that we were able to close on time. They were easy to work with and really put their all into making our home beautiful inside and out. This is truly our dream home and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product.
