Arizona Pristine Roofing did an excellent job on my roof repair. The roofing tech was friendly and willing to explain what he had done and what he still had to do. He left the job site when done in better condition than it was when he arrived. They have great customer service all around and will definitely be using them in the future. Arizona Pristine Roofing was able to work with my insurance company and get my entire roof replaced. Another roofing company tried, but was unable to provide adequate information and was denied. Chris handled all the details from start to finish. His team tore off the old roof and reshingled it all in one day @ 112 degrees. I highly recommend this company to everyone for any roofing needs. As you can see from the photos the new roof looks great.
I called AZ Pristine Roofing out due to a leaky roof. Due to hail/wind damage we filed a claim with our insurance company and our roof was replaced. We have never gone through a process like this and Chris was super patient and friendly answering all of our questions. The crew got our roof knocked out in one day! They did a great job. After getting a few quotes on a new roof for my workshop, I chose Arizona Pristine Roofing to do the work. Chris was great to work with and communicated well throughout the project. The crew did a professional job and performed a very thorough clean up after completion. Would recommend. Update: 5/24. After a BIG dust devil blew through with had some wind damage to the roof on our house. Several shingles were torn or missing. Chris was very prompt to come out and get it repaired right away. I'm very satisfied with the work performed at a fair price.
Amazing job. Chris is very responsive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his service. Our experience with Arizona Pristine Roofing was great. They handled everything with the insurance and made the process stress free for us. Long story short we had micro burst that took out our tile roof. We had estimates from a couple other companies before Chris came out to give us his estimate. Unlike everyone else Chris walked us through the process on what would happen with the repair and how he will deal with insurance. The part where he sold us on his service is where he took the time to patch and seal our damage roof to prevent any water damage that may occur from being exposed. There was a good amount of rain that was forecast for that week. It rained for a couple of nights and we did not have any issues. It was nice to one less thing to stress about. His team did an amazing job on the repairs. They covered up areas around my house to ensure that no damages would happen around my house as they were in the demo phase of the repair. After the repairs were completed they did an amazing job cleaning up. About week after the repairs we got an alert on our camera and saw he came by to look at the roof. He followed up with a text just to see if everything was good to go. I don’t ever want to have anything like this happen to us again but if it does happen again and I need roofing work done, I will know who to call.
