I have been with Lotus for over 6 years now. I highly recommend Lotus Property Management for their outstanding service and professionalism. From the moment we engaged with them, their team has been incredibly responsive, addressing all our concerns promptly and effectively. Their attention to detail and commitment to maintaining our properties in top condition has been truly impressive. They make sure we are always informed and confident in their management. Lotus has undoubtedly exceeded our expectations, making property ownership a hassle-free experience.
Beyond disappointed in this company. Requested upon move in date that the home was to be cleaned, refrigerator was to be present, proof of dryer vent being cleaned due to it being mandatory we get it cleaned every 6 months, mold to be treated, for the home to be move in ready as anyone would request. But unfortunately, we also had the walls that were filthy, dented, not touched up, carpet had urine stains absolutely everywhere. This is only the beginning and we have only lived here for a week. Upon arrival for our first day to move in, the home was filthy when we walked in, company said “property manager said it was cleaned” but we provided photos to show it was not, and requested photos of what the property manager took to compare, hut we have been ignored and refuse to have any compensation. Told we are wrong and it was in fact cleaned regardless of the photos. We had to plan around our move in day for the fridge to be delivered, dryer vent to be cleaned, our garage door to be fixed but had to have a friend help to fix it that day so we could use our garage, dryer was broken and took 5 days to get a new used one which does not work as well. It’s been three hours drying a blanket and now it smells. Our microwave does not work properly, since the day we moved in. And when the dryer vent was cleaned the gentleman said we were lucky he cleaned it because it was clogged and let us take photos of how bad it was. This company does not care that this home was not move in ready, that I am 6 months pregnant and the carpet is hazardously stained with urine, appliances are broken and take days to fix, we moved in with mold in the bathroom that was to be cleaned and removed prior to move in but was not done till 2 days after move in date. I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted with this and will never recommend them. We just signed a 2 year lease with them and extremely terrified of what this next two years will bring with my family of 6, which includes my dog, and my soon to be born son.
We have been tenants of Lotus for several years and in two of their properties. They respond to any maintenance requests very quickly and the staff is very good about following up. The office staff Navita, is always friendly best in communication, which makes our life easier and feels safe ..! and the property manager is always available if there is a need. They run things very efficiently and professionally.

Horrible experience paying premium prices on a falsely advertised home. I wish there were a negative star to rate them. Advertised this “beautiful home” with a pool and hot tub. The hot tub never worked and we were told the owner couldn’t afford to fix it but we’re charged full price without the amenity the entire time of the rental. The outside fridge never worked. The ice maker in the fridge inside never worked. The carpet was destroyed. They were made aware of these things upon move in but didn’t fix any of it. Then demanded we pay for cleaning upon move out - $500 later charged us an additional cleaning fee out of said deposit. And on top of that took an additional $1400 for “repairs” when literally the home was returned in the exact order, if not better than when we moved in. They demanded we leave lights on and in our name while obtaining the keys back early, meaning we pay for the AC 2+ extra weeks in summer heat while they were in and out which was additionally hundreds of dollars. This company will only advocate for the owners, not fix anything that’s broken and promised and will STEAL your deposit as if the inflated prices aren’t wrong enough. 10/10 do not use this company if you value your money.
