Murphy's Law is one of the best Irish pubs around! Have been coming here for a long time and always enjoy it. If you're looking for a good Fish n Chips place, here's your sign. Absolutely delicious and consistently good. You can't go wrong with their burgers or sandwiches either. They also have a great Wednesday Wing deal and daily happy hours! Drinks wise, great selection, and fast service. Their drafts on tap is a great selection for whatever you're in the mood for. However, their Frosted Chocolate Peanut Butter Whiskey shot is out of this world! Must try at least once! They do have live music pretty often, and the atmosphere is awesome. Seating can be hard to get - it's first come, first serve, and it's a little on the small side compared to other places. Definitely come early. Parking can be a tough find, too. Overall, it's a great pub with local watering hole vibes. Definitely check it out!
Went for lunch on a weekday. It was kind of busy but not too bad. There were several tables to choose from. They don’t have a written menu, you have to scan the barcode and read it online. Not a deal breaker but my wife can’t stand that. She ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The fries were really good and the burger was ok but the patty was pretty dry. I had the chicken tenders and they were excellent. The service was good but the wait for the food was excessive. A little over 40 minutes.
Never even knew this place existed until I was looking for parking for another place. My wife was craving fish and chips so we looked up the menu, bingo they had some so we went in to try it out. Kalie was our server and was training another young lady. Both greeted us with a big smile and a welcome in. We didn't hesitate and ordered the fish n chips, tumblers, loaded fries and chicken wings. First the fries, they were fried perfectly and topped off with cheese sauce, bacon, jack cheddar, sour cream and chipotle sauce definitely a great starter. Also the tumblers are potato, cheddar cheese and bacon made into balls and fried and served with chipotle ranch. These were nice and hot along with being crunchy so yeah try them out. My wife was so anxious to taste her meal. She dug into it and said they were fried perfectly and was very delicious, so I ate a bit and yeah it was. My chicken wings were coated in a rub. They were juicy and hot but only was able to eat three, I was full after eating everything else. They have a full variety of alcoholic beverages, they also have live music and happy hour specials. They had music playing at just the right volume. The decor is funny it having pictures and dollar bills pinned up on the wall.
The wait staff was awesome, and the live music was excellent. But vegetarians should NOT go here. We had 6 meat eaters and 1 vegetarian. The vegetarian ordered the grilled cheese without bacon. The dish arrived with bacon. She politely returned the meal immediately. It was returned and had bacon, the kitchen only removed the bacon instead of remaking the sandwich. The waitress confirmed the order stated no bacon. The photo was of the group's favorite appy, loaded fries.
They have great wings. The sweet potato fries were thin cut but not to thin. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They came out fresh and hot. The PB shot was to die for. It was so delicious.😋 😋
