Amanda was very responsive and friendly. Firstly, the whole neighborhood surrounding this house is just stunning, with sky high palm trees, gorgeous cacti, a soft pink color scheme for most of the houses, very neat landscaping everywhere, and just a luxurious, vacation-like feeling all around. The house itself is really inviting, with a large, cozy living room, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and super clean bathrooms. The backyard is picture-perfect with a nice size pool (with enough lights around for a night swim), surrounded by palm trees, and a private light-colored stone wall. The pictures posted were exactly what we experienced, no tricks! My kids, my wife, and I all loved it! We were all sad when it came time to finally leave. 5+ stars and we'd definitely come back next time we visit!
Interesting experience today and I thought the owners would appreciate knowing. We started working with Olivia and she was awesome. We let her know what we were looking for, she provided great info and I told her we would be looking to switch in December. When my husband followed up today to go over next steps, he spoke with Jon who informed him on all of the reasons why we should NOT list our property and only informed about all of the limitations we would experience and that we would receive very limited service and shouldn't even expect to "make money" by signing up with this property management company. Even when my husband commented "wow you are really "unselling me" on doing business with your company, Jon's response was "no worries". I was blown away by the contrast of the help and information we got from Olivia and if in fact this is the service we would receive, I am glad to know upfront but considering we are also business owners with employees, thought this would be good feedback to have if that is not the case.
Wonderful stay in Chandler, Arizona! Home was very updated with new appliances to use. It was clean and had all the essentials we needed for the kitchen, laundry, bathroom,and more. Nice backyard with a pool and miniature golf and patio furniture. Management was easy to communicate with. It was like home away from home.
Had a wonderful stay at 2 separate units. 3 nights in Phoenix, 2 in sedona. Both homes were clean, stocked, in quiet neighborhoods. We plan to come back again. EVERYONE had fun
Our family loved staying here. So much room for all of us to relax or come together as a family. House was clean, offered everything we needed and anything we had questions on the response was always quick. Thank you all for a great experience will definitely come back to visit.
