Hands down one of the best Mexican spots in Old Town! Absolutely love coming here and bringing out-of-towners here when visiting. Their menu is really good with tons of options. The food here is delicious! Have tried multiple different items across the menu and am always impressed. Gotta start with the bottomless chips and salsa, very good. I definitely recommend the Tres Tacos Especial to get a variety of items. Also, the enchilada special is fantastic - I recommend the Diabla Shrimp with both sauces. The service is always awesome and quick, too. If you're here for drinks and/or happy hour, Cien Agaves is your spot! The drink menu is huge! Their happy hour specials are great as well (drinks and food). Location wise, you're in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. It's a great place for some Mexican food or grab a drink and watch the game. Then, take a walk around to all the shops! You definitely want to add Cien Agaves to your list. PS. Good spot for kids, too. The kids' menu is good, servers are very helpful, and the portions are big enough to share.
Randomly stumbled upon this gem while strolling around Old Town Scottsdale. Very good spot for a refreshing margarita. I tried the jalapeño cucumber with a half salt rim and half tajin rim. Unreal margarita, perhaps one of the best ones I’ve ever had. As an app we tried the chips and guac. The guac was super creamy and well seasoned. For dinner, we also tried the chicken fajitas and the tacos. The chicken fajitas were served on a sizzling skillet with peppers, onions, zucchini. On the side were rice, black beans, lettuce, pico di galo, cheese and my flour tortillas. To end off our meal, we each ordered the churro. It was served warm in a little bit bowl with extra cinnamon sugar. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to grab a quick drink, Mexican food that even has a happy hour.
I was first skeptical but I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the food. I ordered a burrito bowl and it was absolutely delicious. It was a great atmosphere and a great location with shops surrounding it everywhere. I’d go back.
Excellent! The wait staff (shout out to Izzy!) was great and the food amazing. Budget friendly prices, nice ambiance. We were there in the middle of a Tuesday afternoon. No wait time and fast service with the food exactly as ordered. Had the steak Fajitas, shredded beef tacos, chicken tortilla soup, and chips/salsa. All were tasty, not too spicy. Much bigger inside than it looks with outside balcony and side patio. Good for families during the day. Great place to taste the 100 tequilas. Great for singles, groups or entertaining visitors.
