I was fortunate enough to be put into contact with April Anderson a couple of months ago concerning the repairs and sale of a house in Mesa, AZ. I don't live there and so had to put all my faith and trust in her judgment. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole transaction from start to finish! April made the decisions on what repairs would be the most cost effective based on her vast experience and expertise. April set up the contractors to do the work and coordinated all repairs with the different trades going the extra mile/s to see that all was done in a timely manner. Enough can't be said about her professionalism, honesty, and knowledge of the market. It sold within days, not weeks or months. We could not be more pleased with the work April and Kris did for us in selling our house! We had originally planned to rent our house out when we moved out of the QC area, but then decided to sell while already out of state. When I researched agents (based mostly on reviews), I had it down to April and one other. I asked April about the other agent and she had only positive things to say about them - didn’t bad mouth them, just said what she thought the other agent was good at and what she was good it and would bring to the table as our agent. When we talked about listing price too, April gave a straight answer - didn’t try to win my business by telling me we could get an unrealistic price. And she was spot on - what she recommended was exactly what the house sold for (which was in fact more than the other agents said it would sell for), with multiple offers coming in the first weekend. All of our stuff was moved out so April did an amazing job with the staging (and which was included in her costs! Every other agent I talked to charged additional fees for it). There were even several items around the house that needed to be done before listing and then after inspection, and April talked them through with us and found either free or inexpensive solutions (she’s very well connected with tradesmen in the area - for instance there were two cracked roof tiles and most roofing companies have minimums for replacing them, and can cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars but she knew a guy who replaced them for $100. Also the master shower wasn’t draining so she used a coat hanger and draino and cleaned it out herself!). A big item for us was that they communicated well, especially as we were out of state by the time all of this was happening. This meant both that they were available when we had questions (which can simply mean telling me they’re in a meeting but will call me back in 20 minutes) AND proactively sharing information so we know where we are in the process. April was a pleasure to work with, was completely devoted to doing every part of the selling process as thoughtfully as possible, clearly knows the business and the local east valley market, and will give you honest and insightful answers about every stage of the house selling process. You won’t regret choosing her and her team!

We put all our trust in April, she took over and did not disappoint. She staged our home in Mesa so beautiful we almost wanted to stay, almost. She helped us make an offer on our dream home that was accepted. Our Mesa home sold in less than a week for more than the other agency wanted to list it for. We were out of state buyers and were introduced to April by our out of state agent. So very happy we were teamed up with April, she is absolutely amazing! She knows the market probably better than anyone, she knows the different builders homes very well (didn’t realize how important this knowledge was until April pointed out different builders tactics), she is amazing to work with. She goes out of her way in every aspect, she took us to see numerous homes, learned what we like, and keyed in on all the things important to us. We ended up having to go back out of state and when I found a home online she was there within an hour talking a video tour for us…what?! She is so amazing!! I swear she works around the clock and does everything she can for her clients. She is truly one of a kind and to have her on your side is doing yourself a huge justice!
