We have used Schreiner Realty for 10 years to manage our rental home. We have been very happy with their service. Victoria and her absentee husband hit me with $2000 of made up charges after renting from their company. One of the rudest and snidest individuals I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I truly hope her real estate license is revoked. Vindictive and evil human.
Victoria Schreiner is the owner of the property management company that managed the rental property that I lived in for two years. She is an extremely unprofessional and highly unethical individual that did numerous things to make my stay there unbearable. To top it all off she kept part of my deposit and then refused to call me back when I called her to discuss why she didn’t give me back the full amount that she agreed she would return to me. Now this will proceed to a legal matter which to me is unbelievable so hopefully this review gives anyone thinking about using her an idea of the kind of person she really is.
We originally started using Schreiner Realty to manage our rental property because we were moving out of state. They have made everything so hassle free that even though we moved back, we continue to use them. Victoria is definitely very "to the point", but I've never felt she has been rude. Both her and Terry are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to making improvements on homes.
