Working with Denali Real Estate for my rental needs was fantastic. Christine's communication throughout the application and approval process was quick, smooth and easy. From scheduling the showing with Anthony, to receiving the lease and finally the walk through and move in, was less than a week! Great real estate agency to work with. They were prompt when relaying information and answering questions. It was difficult to speak with my agent over calls due to my job, so she did so by email and it was greatly appreciated (Agent was Christine). They were understanding when I missed a few sections on the application, and when I wasn't able to pay the last of my fees due to the bank being closed for holiday, they allowed me to do so the following day. The agency's and agent's communication and helpfulness throughout the process made it easier and less stressful.
