Blake came out for initial inspection, and was extremely knowledge in treatment and great at explaining it in Layman's terms to me. Their prices are very affordable, and they were quick to come out. James was my tech, who was super friendly and thorough with his work. Will happily have them back.
I have been with Varsity since October 2024 and today is February 2025. It took me a while to post a review as we all know the first service is great and then it goes downhill after that. Let me tell you Varsity pest control and Sean do not disappoint. Service is still the same as the first time. I recommend there annual plan. That plan comes with aperk if you need them to come out before the next scheduled service they will no charge. Great group and service is great from scheduling in the front office to service at home. Thank you, Sean and Varsity.
Your Review: (5 Stars)Troy inspected the house and seemed to pay close attention to every area he could see. He noted things that were NOT termites (e.g. paint holes) but could be confused with it - which I appreciated. He was very professional. I felt bad that he lived near us/our house but had to drive back to Gilbert to pick up his daughter from school. If we can schedule him so it's more convenient for him next time I'd be happy to do that. He didn't complain about it at all; I just was aware of trying to support his efficiency. :) Thank you.
I would give Jesus 10 stars if I could! We are SO pleased with his service. He is very thorough and since he's been our technician, we have not had any scorpions! THANK YOU Jesus for doing such a wonderful job on our home!
Totally professional high-quality product they know what they’re doing. I went and got several bids Varsity gave me the highest superior package! Varsity was very good explaining everything they needed to do and worked well with my tenants. I would highly recommend them if I ever need a termite inspection or treatment. I will call varsity!! 5 star
