Mike arrived on time and was very personable. Our interactions via phone with scheduling/prices and in person were pleasant. The price he quoted me matched what I was charged and the carpets look great. He even offered to come back to check on a spot that might need additional attention, if necessary. I called to make an appointment for a carpet cleaning last week after doing a Google search for recommend providers in the Gilbert area. I had never heard of Citrus Bright and thought I would give them a try. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following week....and was happily surprised at the phone quote I was given. Corey was right on time, professional, thorough, and kind. My carpets are fresh and clean and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend Citrus Bright to others and will use them again!
They did a magnificent job on my carpets! I moved in 2 months ago. The previous owners had 4 kids and I don’t think the carpets were ever cleaned. Michael is knowledgeable, personable, and a delight to talk to. Corey actually did the cleaning and was very friendly and professional and the carpets look and feel amazing!
