Soooo a Dentist is most people’s least favorite visit. I always LOVED going until I went to a greedy dental office and literally HATED going, and ended up not going for 2 years (🙈) I knew I needed to go back and decided to try San Tan Family Dentistry and OMG we have found a dentist for our little family! The staff is incredible, the Dentist - seriously the kindest most loving dentist I’ve ever met in my life, and the icing on the cake they have a lil dog named Ruby who is soooo sweet! My 9year old daughter asked how old she had to be to come to this office … so we will likely switch her because she just felt so great here.
The hygienist Sonya and Dr. T are amazing! They know their stuff. Really clean and modern office. Front desk was very nice too and all treatment/cost was explained thoroughly. Thank you Sonya for my nice clean teeth 😁 and Dr T for explaining things in the most hilarious way.
This place was great ever since my first call. Got appointment, received a 10/10 deep cleaning with a wonderful lady. Then ended with great news(thankfully) and a great resume of my overall health and a referral ! Will keep receiving services here and I already scheduled my next appointment.
I am so happy i discovered this dental office 4 years ago. Dr Thomas is a great dentist that puts you at ease with his humor and dental knowledge. He is a self admitted “dental nerd” which I love. His staff is friendly and helpful and you can tell they all love working together. I recommend him to all of my friends and family looking for a dentist and they all love him too.
*******I am scared of the dentist**** I have had bad experience of not being listen to*** and being over billed. My friend referred me to Thomas since I am new to the area. She loves this place and I thought I would give it a shot. I was told in October that I needed a deep cleaning, redo some fillings, a crown and possible a root canal. Since calling I had a good impress about this place. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. They accepted the X-rays that I emailed in. They were clear and really good quality so they were able to use them. Veronica, the hygienist, was super sweet. She checked in on me often. It was really nice over her to go over things and talk about any concerns before the dentist came in. Didn't need a deep cleaning. Thomas, the dentist, is amazing. He listened to me and also explained what's going on with my teeth 🪥. He is referring me to some one who does root canals to see if I will need it. Be sides that, my teeth are great!!! Mindy, the assistant, put on fluoride and walked me out. She expected that I had to wait to drink hot beverages. They did explained that fluoride wasn't covered and I will need to pay out of pocket. I can't believe that I am actually looking forward to going back in June.
